Austria's most up-to-date event organizer has now come up with an exquisite highlight: a designer menu by the chef of the MCG Ewald Oberländer who is serving stunning architectonic constructions of Graz, in a most delicious way. Imagine the Stadthalle Graz as asparagus mousse with white asparagus and radicchio on a ginger hippen leaf; the island in the river Mur (Murinsel) as clear trout broth and shell pasta filled with shrimps; the House of the Art (Kunsthaus) as beef filet in a spring roll leaf on onion jam and mashed potatoes served with Cabernet Sauvignon; Graz Central Train Station as white chocolate mousse with fresh strawberry and cranberries - an unusual composition in an unusual dinner location.
Cult site
Beside the perfect infrastructure, enough space and the exciting architecture the convention center of all superlatives with its designer menus represents the perfect completion for congresses and other events.
