Europe’s most successful musical-biography celebrates Elvis‘ musical life from Gospel to the Blues and Rock’n’Roll with the “best Elvis since Elvis” and a genuine eyewitness.
Forty years ago, on August 16, 1977 Elvis Presley, one of the greatest legends in music history died in Memphis Tennessee. It is with a remembrance of this day which shook the (music-) world that the most successful musical about the musical life of the “King” begins. The show presents, in small scenes, original film clips, elaborate choreography and nearly two hours of live interpreted music, the most important stages of Elvis‘ musical career from Gospel to Blues and unbridled Rock’n’Roll.
This new genre of musical-biography already attracted over 100,000 enthusiastic visitors in its premiere season of 2015 and has increased this success in 2016. The ensemble and the Elvis performer Daniel Patrick and the long-time Elvis companion Ed Enoch received exclusively positive reviews and “standing ovations” everywhere. With more than 250,000 visitors, it is among the most successful musical productions in recent years.
In 2017, the hit show is again going on tour through some 60 cities in Germany, Austria and Denmark.
