Full programme
What we had as an idea in 2014 is now a reality: the Rolling Pin Convention not only brings gastronomy to life, but has long been Austria’s largest event for the industry – and the second largest food symposium in Europe after Madrid Fusión.
Over two days, more than 100 of the best and most creative chefs, sommeliers, bartenders and experts present their latest visions, dishes, drinks and techniques. They will share their latest trends, ideas and philosophies in unique and engaging masterclasses and live demonstrations.
But that’s not all:
Every year, we present the coveted Rolling Pin.Awards at a festive ceremony: Austria’s 100 Best Chefs, the Top Chefs, the 50 Best Bars, the 50 Best Sommeliers and several more awards are honoured here.
Visitors to the convention can also look forward to a 5,000 square metre interactive expo with the country’s most innovative suppliers and producers.
And, last but not least, at the end of the first day, it’s time to really party at our legendary after-show party.
The motto
The motto of #RPCON 2025: The New Austrian Cuisine
The quality of Austrian cuisine and the bar and wine scene has developed incredibly in recent years. A DNA has emerged that is characterised by exceptional and outstanding products. The country has so much to offer in culinary terms and stands out internationally above all for its quality.
The provincial tourism organisations and Österreich Werbung have also recognised this and have made it their mission to position Austria as one of the world’s leading culinary destinations.
More inspiration, more networking and more team spirit is not possible!
Be there – you’ll be thrilled!
*The Rolling Pin Convention is an exclusive symposium for employees and companies in the catering and hotel industry.
In order to guarantee that only trade visitors can book tickets, a trade visitor certificate will be requested immediately after the ticket purchase. As soon as this has been uploaded, we will send out the personalised tickets.
*The organiser is responsible for the content and information about the event.
